今天放學後，我到球館去練乒乓球。

Today, after school, I went to the gym to practice table tennis.

我先和王老師練了一會兒，老師誇我進步快，然後就決定開始對擂。

I practiced with Mr. Wang for a while. The teacher praised me for my fast progress, and then decided to start the challenge.

第一次比賽，我非常緊張，心裏撲通撲通地跳。我使出全身本事，一個正手、一個反手。很快，在前半局我有了較大的優勢，以5：1領先，我暗暗對自己說：“一定要堅持！”

For the first time, I was very nervous and jumped in my heart. I use all my abilities, one forehand and one backhand. Soon, in the first half of the game I had a big advantage, leading 5-1, I secretly said to myself: "we must insist!"

比賽到了最後時刻，我給老師一個大力扣殺，“我贏了！”我高興得一蹦三尺高！
