這是一個作戰團隊的靈魂，是生死攸關的時刻都不能丟棄的信念，用成材的話說：這六個字，鋼七連的人用他自勉，七連改編後，老七連的人用他堅持。
但是，更讓觀衆爲之動容的幾場戲，恰恰是他們的放棄。因爲軍人從來就不是個可以要求公平的職業，更多的時候，只有放棄了，拋棄了纔可以成全更多的團隊利益，正因爲這樣，當已經將不拋棄，不放棄，滲透到血液的軍人們，在某一時刻他們的放棄更容易讓人爲之喝彩和感動。
第一次讓人感動的放棄，是班長史今的退伍。一次軍事演習，他只需要掩護好自己，讓自己在演習中全身而退，就可以繼續留在，甚至以後有更好的發展，但面對險情，他明知道跳出去有多危險，不僅是人身安全，還有前途，可爲了團隊的安危，爲了軍人的使命，甚至更爲了給像許三多一樣的新兵更多的機會，他沒有猶豫就跳出去了，背後冒出的白煙讓他的這場演習成爲他軍事生涯的最後記憶。他就這麼放棄了爲之付出一切的，即使有再多的不捨。很多人都覺得他傻，連連長高成在喝醉酒都都含糊不請的說，你小子答應過我要照顧好自己的前途的。畢竟這只是一場虛擬的戰爭，可他們更懂得軍人永遠都是犧牲小我成就大局的，即使是在演習！史今用放棄成就了軍人這個字眼的莊重。
另一次讓人感動的放棄是伍六一。在那場改變他命運的A大隊選拔賽之前，這是個從來不知道輸怎麼寫的人。他執着，堅強。爲了自己的目標，他寧可生吃鼠肉維持體力都不肯放棄，在腳步嚴重受傷一瘸一拐都不肯放棄，卻在臨近終點的時候，點燃了自己的信號彈。他的放棄，不是因爲他不想堅持。而是因爲他的戰友不肯拋棄他，但如果他不放棄，他和許三多的堅持對於只有三個名額的比賽都將會變的毫無意義，他的放棄是爲了成全許三多，爲了佔有的利益，他心甘情願的選擇被拋棄。他放棄了許三多的幫助，放棄了自己的光榮和夢想，放棄了自己一貫的倔強。他的放棄，贏得了很多人的尊重，儘管有些只能是遺憾的尊重。
受傷的伍六一，出院了傷卻好不了了，對於一個優秀的士兵，營團連都在想辦法挽留，當他司務長的任職書下來的同時，他卻把一紙退伍申請交了上去。想都沒想的放棄了自己留下來的唯一出路。連長高成徹底被他的放棄惹怒了，可是他自己說，一個軍人，不，一個瘸子，是不敢過的太舒服的，否則，時間長了，瘸的就不僅僅是腿了。一句話，卻讓盛怒下的連長哭了，因爲他們是一樣的人，一樣，是爲了戰鬥而生存的人，安逸的讓人喪失鬥志的生活，他們不要。寧爲玉碎，不爲瓦全，悲壯卻撼天動地！

一口氣看完《士兵突擊》，我的心情久久不能平靜，劇中軍人那種堅強的意志，驚人的毅力，“不拋棄，不放棄”的堅定信念，給了我深深的震撼，讓我明白了“百鍊成鋼”的真正含義。特別是上了黨課以後，我更加的明確自己未來的路要怎樣做，一樣的路，不同的人生態度，會到達不同的彼岸。
在《士兵突擊》這部電視劇裏，最吸引我並讓我始終關注的是主人公——許三多。許三多看上去並不高大威猛，也不足智多謀、更沒有掌握最新的高科技知識，甚至有那麼的一點點軟弱，腦筋也有那麼的一點點的不靈活。他在許多方面都不具備傳統軍人的氣質。即使當全劇結束時，他仍然是那個樸實的樣子，脫掉軍裝，拿起鋤頭，誰也不會懷疑他是個農民。
許三多也許沒有那麼多的想法，只知道在軍營，這個特殊的環境下傻傻地執行，這種執行在先前看來，是一份傻，傻到不可理喻，但到後來就成了一種對着事業的執着。他此時的人生就是：一個兵；他的'工作就是：做好一個兵；他的信念就是：做好這個兵！這一切都緣於他的這份執着，最終讓他走上成功，成爲一代“兵王”！這讓我聯想到現實生活中的人和事，物慾繁華的社會，大部分的人都流於浮華，都在追名逐利，如今又有幾人能像電視劇中的許三多那樣的一根傻筋地執着於自己的事業呢？對許三多而言，我們這些人，活得太聰明，活得太累了，因爲我們每走一步都要揹負太多的東西；我們走得太慢，因爲周圍總是有形形色色的諸多誘惑讓我們邁不開步子。就如此劇中許三多的老鄉成才，比許三多既聰明又能幹，但他卻總是與成功失之交臂，就是這個原因。
旁觀許三多以及許許多多的鮮活的人兒的人生：主角--許三多堅韌、頑強、友愛、外加憨厚老實，誠誠懇懇。史今的重諾與負責。讓我看到，無悔人生就是：信仰和堅持二者缺一不可的溶合體。另外一個最令我動容的角色是史今，是史今給了許三多一次改變命運的機會，給了許三多生活下去的勇氣，給了他做人的信心，史今的一句“不拋棄，不放棄”，不僅僅是一句話，這更是一種承諾，這不僅僅是一種偉大，更是一種對於他人生命的尊重！他說過：“給我一年的時間，我把許三多帶成一個堂堂正正的兵！”從一開始就許下了諾言，他兌現了！我們要向這樣的人致敬。試想今天，我們有過承諾嗎？我們又是以怎樣的態度對待自己許下的諾言的呢？人活着總會有責任，無論貧窮還是富有，這份責任都不會改變的，我覺得責任不是放在嘴邊的一句空話，而是實實在在的行動，像許三多，像史今。
剛開始不被連長喜歡的天生一副熊樣的沒有自尊的許三多，在三班的戰士幫助下，許三多悄然成長，讓連長爲他的戰士的不拋棄，爲許三多的不放棄，然後是許三多近乎泄密標準的記憶力，然後是那三百三十三個腹部繞槓――煙不知覺間燒到了驚呆了的連長的手指，那一刻他被許三多的堅持征服了，他尊重這種堅持，也終於在心中接受許三多成爲鋼七連的一員。逆境中的許三多變得倔強和成熟。而我們這些從小就生活在溫室裏的花朵何時能直麪人生的暴風雨呢？
“你懂七連嗎”？“你知道七連多少次從屍山血海中爬起來，抱着戰友那殘缺的軀體，看着那支離破碎的連旗，那些千軍萬馬再喊勝利、再喊萬歲，七連呢？七連沒有勝利，他們只是埋好戰友，包上傷口，然後跟自己說：我又活下來了，還得打下去！說起這些臺詞，是七連解散的那天，七連長親口對許三多的話，也許我還涉世未深，還沒有完全更好地理解這些話，但我深深地知道，對於一個有着五十七年曆史的連隊，對於有着五千名戰士的一個集體。這是一種光榮，更是一種神聖！對於鋼七連這樣的一個充滿榮譽的集體，我的心靈又一次被震撼”。他們的集體榮譽感也讓我們深思，如今白熱化的競爭社會下，到底還有多少人心存集體呢？
對於這部電視劇有太多太多的東西值得我們去思考，去深思，人性的，社會的，團體的，乃至於人與人之間的。如今步入成年，作爲一名中國的大學生，一名入黨積極分子，我需要思考的不僅僅是一些很表面上的東西，還有自己的責任和義務，如何更好的完善自我，如何更好的融入黨組織，如何更好的成就事業。
